About the Fund

Fudo Capital is CLSA Capital Partners’ platform of pan-Asian real estate investment funds. Fudo Capital seeks attractive risk-adjusted returns for investors, primarily by making direct investments into real estate assets in Asia, with particular focus on Singapore, Mainland China, Japan, Hong Kong and Australia where CLSA Capital Partners has in-depth local market knowledge, local partners and an extensive network of contacts.

Investment Focus

Value-add strategies employed involve re-positioning, re-development, re-leasing, and refurbishment of assets.

Investment size typically range from US$25 million to US$120 million in equity, with asset sizes under consideration ranging from US$50 million to US$200 million in investment size. Investments are pursued only if exit strategies over an investment time horizon are clearly assessed and identified.
