Managing Director - Head of Pacific Transportation
Mr. Peter Min joined CLSA Capital Partners in 2009 and is the Managing Director and head of Pacific Transportation Asia. Prior to CLSA Capital Partners, Mr. Min was with Macquarie Securities focusing on principal investments in the infrastructure, ports and media space, executing over US$1 billion in principal transactions and also served as a board member for one of its portfolio companies. Prior to Macquarie, he was responsible for cross-border M&A and the head of valuations at KPMG Corporate Finance in Korea and started his career with Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin's financial restructuring group in the US. Mr. Min holds a degree in economics from UC Berkeley.

Richard Pyvis was previously CEO of CLSA following a 27-year career in commercial and investment banking and investment management across Asia, Australia and North America. In 2000, Mr. Pyvis became the Managing Director of CLSA's direct investments business to manage ARIA, Fudo Capital, MezzAsia, Sunrise Capital, Clean Resources Asia and Pacific Transportation. Mr. Pyvis presently devotes a substantial amount of time as Chairman overseeing management of Capital Partners funds, in the aggregate representing approximately US$2.6 billion in assets under management, with a particular focus on strategy, detailed investment appraisal and exit management. In addition, Mr. Pyvis sits on numerous company boards across the Asia-Pacific region. Mr. Pyvis read Economics (Japanese Studies) at the University of Western Australia and has studied as a fellowship scholar at IMI Switzerland and INSEAD France.
